  Pity I can't give this place ZERO stars. Such a hole.
  Ordered a value meal at drive thru and had to repeat myself 3x, cause the kid had difficulty ringing in extra pickles for some reason, when he actually sounded drunk.
  Pulled around and he's sitting on a stool, head in his hand, bored. He stands up and he's busy texting or what, and wearing street clothes. Then walks off, so another kid had to take my money. I got my order. . and, no fries, in which I had to go inside. Lady mgr was rude as all hell. .. practically dumped a box of fries into a bag and shoved them at me, before walking away without a word.

  Have so many stories but will use this one from tonight. Young kid was too stoned or drunk to take my order, when I got to the window he was staring at me after finally getting my order and told me he didn't know how much was my order then just stared at me. People were getting out of their cars...this place is a big mess! I was forced to go there because of time and ended up leaving. Cars are always pulling away from here...total nightmare.

  Went through drive through for three shakes and was told to pull ahead. I waited 15 minutes before I went inside because they forgot about me. They gave me three half full shakes that were the wrong flavor. Ridiculous customer service, rude and unprofessional! The worst McDonalds by far!!!!!

  This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Food was extremely stale came back the next day because management told me that I can return food. Then management wanted to get smart with me and say that they could not return food or make me fresh food. This location is extremely ghetto and I recommend that it be shut down immediately because this is the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant in my whole life! Whoever owns this branch needs to seriously find New Management and employ a whole new crew
