I requested swirled rye bread and smoked turkey for my sandwich, with provolone cheese. I went in to the Grand Rapids, MI store about 2:30 p.m. and ordered the sandwich. Upon getting to my home, about 5 miles away, I discovered the cheese was dry, the turkey appeared to be from a turkey "roll" which is basically, plastic turkey. The bread was stale. I could have made a better smoked turkey sandwich from Oscar Mayer smoked turkey I buy in the grocery store. Lesson learned - I won't do that again.September 19, 2016
