The associate on the phone said that they had a 2 hour delivery time that night. She confirmed that our pizza had been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. She could not give us an estimate for how much longer it would take. After that, she hung up on us.
We had waited so long that other places were closed, so we decided to wait it out. The pizza came about 30 min later. The pizza and bread bites were cold and tasted stale. We ordered a 16-bite for the bread, but we only received 14.
We work food service and rarely complain. However, even when I worked at Burger King, we didn't keep food under a heat lamp that long. Incorrect delivery estimate. Poor customer service. Slow service. Cold food. Missing food. This is not the first time we've had issues with this store, but it will be the last.August 28, 2016
